I have ordered early Packer photos from the Neville and have found them very friendly and accomodating. They have some very nice, early photos of the Packers. I usually acquire photos to matt with early autographs of the team which I have been collecting for about 13 years now. As for lack of early Packer material on E Bay, I agree with you wholeheartedly. It seems that during the last 2 years the material has pretty much dried up. I think part of this has to do with the economy whereby sellers feel they rather withhold an item rather than put it out there for a lesser sale price. Also, diehard collectors pretty much hold on to what they have and hate to part with anything from their collection. Usually the only way to get an early piece of Packer memoribilia is via an estate sale whereby the collector has passed away, or in some cases the collector decides to break up his collection due to financial reasons or concerns over theft.

It's scary, but the good news is that collectors (and sellers) have so many other options.

The internet has really made most of these auction houses obsolete, in my opinion. It has given traders the opportunity to easily find each other without having to take out expensive ads or pay ridiculous fees to auction houses.
